I understand that if offered employment with TPM that the offer would be contingent upon my passing a drug screen. When requested, I will sign the appropriate paperwork authorizing the drug screen. I understand that refusing to take the drug screen or failing to take the drug screen at the time and place requested will be considered my voluntary withdraw of my application of employment with TPM. 7. I understand that if employed by TPM that I will be required to provide satisfactory proof of identity and of legal work authorization within three business days of my first day of employment. Failure to submit such proof within the required time shall result in immediate termination of employment.
